There is no commercial FOP in France. Virtually all structures in w:Port Grimaud were a hard-earned creations of one architect, w:François Spoerry who died in 1999. Therefore all nominated images lack COM:VRT permission from Mr. Spoerry's heirs.

Note: several depict general sceneries that may comply with either French or common practice de minimis standards. However, per Dereckson at Commons:Deletion requests/Fichiers de Category:Port-Grimaud, de minimis was specifically denied in a court ruling in relation to a travel catalogue of this touristic resort town. To quote: "aerial shots also deleted, as de minimis has been denied by court for Grimaud aerial shots when published in tour operators catalogues.
