[edit]The files are images of Peruvian police automobiles, in which they both come from mynewsdesk.com, a blacklisted source that is listed on COM:BAD#Mynewsdesk.com back in May 2016, and the deprecation consensus was made much earlier than the license reviewer's review (on 2016-09-17). Given by the description on COM:BAD and a lack of EXIF documentation about the copyright holder, I believe further permissions from the copyright holder is needed.
