 Keep File:Productos a base de chocolate y miel.jpg there are 7 brands and 16 bottles in this file. 3 of nutella ,2 of CNCH,5 of miel de abejas, -25% from Nutella . De minimis, possible .--EEIM (talk) 20:20, 3 May 2020 (UTC)

•  Delete all except File:Productos a base de chocolate y miel.jpg. All of those that should be deleted don't qualify for de minimis, as they are literally the main subject of the photo. --pandakekok9 02:05, 4 May 2020 (UTC)

•  Keep most. They mostly show the jar as a whole, not focusing on the label -- The Ets-Hokins decision said that photos of an entire bottle were not derivative of the label, even if it was prominent; only photos focusing on the copyrightable label are derivative works. File:Nutella Spread.jpg does seem to be more focusing on the label, though the name portion of the label isn't really copyrightable, just the graphics below it. That one is borderline; I could see deletion but may still slightly lean keep, as I'm not sure the copyrightable portion of the label is the focus. File:Žába and Nutella^ Yes, of course - panoramio.jpg also intentionally includes a toy which may be copyrightable itself; that may well be problematic. Carl Lindberg (talk) 14:44, 1 June 2020 (UTC)
