All of the files in this category were uploaded by User:Zhilal Darma. All of those listed above (all but one in the category) show

Source = Personal File
Author = Rahmat Irfan Denas

Therefore, they cannot be kept on Commons without a free license from Rahmat Irfan Denas.

@Jameslwoodward: Hallo! Those files that I upload is part of projects under Wikimedia Indonesia Grant. The title of the project is: WikiSurau (Category:WikiSurau) where I organized the project with my partner, Rahmat Irfan Denas. You can see the information about the project in this page.
The output of the project is contributing picture in free license. In the case, all files that I upload is taken by me and Rahmat. I helped my partner to upload in Wikimedia Commons.

Zhilal Darma, thank you for the explanation. Unfortunately, policy requires that the actual photographer must give the free license, so Rahmat must send a free license using OTRS. Your English is fine -- certainly better than my Bahasa Indonesia -- I had perhaps twenty words when we were in your country for four months 25 years ago, but none now. Before you ping a person a second time, it is polite to look at their contributions and see if they have been on Commons -- I was away for several days. One OTRS message can cover any number of files -- if he specifies "All the files listed at Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Nurul Hikmah Sipisang Mosque, that will be good. If you will be doing similar uploads of his files in the future, he could say "All the files uploaded by User:Zhilal Darma in the past or in the future, where I am the author." .     Jim . . .
