Copyvio. Lapshin works (post-1917) in the public domain since 2017. Under Russian law, the copyright is protected for 70 years after the author's death. The period increases by 4 years for those who worked during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945. Lapshin died in 1942. No proof of that the artist has not worked during the period of 1941-1942.
