Not a banal copy of an artwork but an impression of an important event, a moment in time, a cultural highlight of the museum season 2014 in Kleve. In Dec 2021 the house rules state NOTHING about photography.
-
Long anticipated portrait of a notable Dutch museum director in Kleve standing on a spot he picked. The art he stands for. The picture was taken in mutual understanding and agreement as a portrait for Wikipedia. The art-quote in the background should be considered 'de minimis'. Long is a friend of the House. A general NO (automatic) FOP in interiors does not apply since owners / managers of the house can always make specific exceptions. The picture was made for illustrating his lemma on DUTCH wikipedia written by me. not a "theft copy", not a "panorama".

No artwork was harmed in documenting this moment in time, the photo documents the compartimentation of the rooms on the 1st floor of the Friedrich-Wilhelm-Bad. Beiwerk / de minimis
-
The photo itself documents that Freedom of Photography existed at that point in time

Roomview: Ok another one of this series to go, the series has been under attack and damaged earlier, nothing new here
-
Roomview: Absolutly impossible to make commercially lucrative derivates of the individual artworks in this picture, so decline it as a copyright violation is an error
-
Idem, the image is carefully composed to show just the dimensions of the works in the room with no technical possiblity to make illegal derivates of individual artworks.

Consent was retrieved by e-mail contact before publishing, the wiki article about the artist would not exist without this image and writing about art can not make sense without any images

Consent was retrieved electronically before publishing, het proces met de moeilijke naam met de engelse afkorting AKA "Passport bitte!!!" kan onmiddellijk opgang worden gezet.

No animals were harmed. I think this flat photo is not a "copy" of the 3d sculpture ...
-
Idem, but Ok return copyrights to the intellectual owner of the image. Grüß Gott.

Ok return copyrights to the intellectual owner of the image, thank you. I had decresed resolution on this one for a good reason. I't's an excellent image. NOTE: These works were made especially for commons to accompany the portrait I had made of this artist to which he had happilly agreed.
Deleted: I deleted most of these images as they fail COM:FOP Germany. To pass FOP in Germany, the space must be photographed either from a public space (i.e. you take a photograph through the window of a museum while you are standing in a public place i.e. street, sidewalk, park) or the artwork is located in in a public space permanently - i.e. a mural on a piece of the Berlin Wall in a public park. This has nothing to do with “house rules” or the rules of the museum or venue. It’s about Germany’s law. The country law. You are welcome to blur out the artworks if you wish to assist with de minimus. But, to ensure we do not violate copyright law, we must delete these. I cropped the portrait of Guido de Werd to lessen the copyrighted artwork behind him. Disagree with this closure? If one wishes to renominate this file, they are able to do so. This is my final decision on this nomination, so please do not take it to my talk page or ping me unless it’s technical issue. Thanks for assuming good faith and happy new year!. --Missvain (talk) 19:09, 29 December 2021 (UTC)
