Subject is a mural by Antonio Dumlao (1912-1983). (source) Won't be public domain in the Philippines until 2034 (50 years after his death). There is also no FoP in the Philippines.

"Ang Mamatay Ng Dahil Sayo" murals are works of art by AG Sano, who is still living. No freedom of pano in the phils for fotos and other reproductions of artworks made by ppl (architects sculptures engineers designers visual artists architecture firms and or their heirs) who are still livibg or have been dead for not less than 50 yrs
