 Comment As an example with respect to de minimis File:Copenhagen 2011 05.jpg comes with the categories Category:2011 in Copenhagen, Category:Murals in Copenhagen, Category:BP advertisement and Category:Advertising in Denmark. All this categories reference the mural. If the file is kept with the rationale DM, I think the categories have to be removed permanantly. Kept: one with only the old script logo, deleted the rest. The test of whether we can keep an image containing a copyrighted work is not whether the work is the main object, but that it is de minimis. The test of de minimis is that if the copyrighted object were removed from the work, the average veiwer would not notice the difference. That is plainly not the case in any of these. .     Jim . . .
