The "Artworks and sculptures" section at COM:FOP US makes reference to standalone artworks, whereas photos of buildings fall under FOP ("Anyone may paint, draw, or photograph buildings from public places"). All or most of the murals on these photos are part of buildings. Do you have a citation for your legal assessment? (non-rhetorical question) Regards, HaeB (talk) 06:32, 6 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, the image shown to the right would fall under de minimis exception. Proposing the wholesale deletion of a category is not appropriate without further consideration. Cheers, Mliu92 (talk) 17:26, 7 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mliu92 and HaeB: Thanks for your advice. For HaeB's question, did you mean that for some images that the main focus is the building, de miminis may apply to keep them?廣九直通車 (talk) 05:55, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: most per nomination as they main subjects were clearly the murals. The few remaining are either de miminis or require further discussion. ƏXPLICIT 05:32, 10 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
