An anonymous posted at my talk page in relation to this DR.[1] They claim that the Cave of Saint Ignatius is a public thoroughfare and that therefore the FOP applies. I have no idea whether this is inside or outside of a building, which is rather important as precedent DRs show that the FOP is only assumed to apply for exterior premises in Spain. Jo sóc el que vaig fer les fotos. Els mosaics estan dins de l'edifici. Totes les fotos fetes a l'interior d'edificis religiosos s'han d'esborrar? Em pots concretar la normativa al respecte? Gràcies.--Medol (talk) 11:55, 10 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for providing the information. Yes, interiors of buildings in Spain are not considered to be covered by freedom of panorama. All images taken there are thus considered non-free for Commons and unfortunately have to be deleted.
