  •  Keep: this picture is not a mere reproduction of the poster photo. There is no infringement of the copyright on the poster photo, which is not the main subject of the picture; the whole memorial (flowers, handwritten messages, candles and this picture) is the main subject. --LeJC (talk) 17:32, 20 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Delete: Actually, there is no de minimis on the depicted photo. Flowers aren't the only elements. The photo within is itself the most emphasized. The subject of the photo is showing the image within to display mourning of the person. --George Ho (talk) 01:48, 21 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
