No FoP in Ukraine - 1960 monument

Чи буде достатньо змінити власника авторських прав для зоображення, чи потрібно пройти через видалення файлу та повторне його завантаження до Вікісховища під іншою ліцензією з посиланням на автора (скульптора і т. д.)? Стосуєтся

@Karpenko Y: На жаль, згідно з чинним українським законодавством вам необхідно отримати дозвіл від скульптора, який спорудив цей пам'ятник. Якщо ви маєте змогу зв'язатися зі скульптором та отримати такий дозвіл, це дозволить зберегти файл — NickK (talk) 01:57, 3 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Copyrighted sculpture in Ukraine where there is no commercial freedom of panorama. According to this site, the statue was erected in 1960 and authored by artist P. Kryvorutskyi (probably w:uk:Криворуцький Петро Мойсейович). As a statue from 1960, even if its Ukrainian copyright expires, these photos should not be restored because of U.S. copyright (see COM:URAA), and restoration will only happen 95+1 years after 1960. U.S. copyright can be ignored if only Ukraine has commercial FOP, which sadly the Ukrainian government did not provide for in their modernized (2022) copyright law.
