[edit]There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Ukraine. According to w:uk:Пам'ятник Олександрі Деревській, the sculpture dates to 1982 and was authored by sculptor А. Сипко and architect В. Міненко. Still under sculptural copyright and these commercially-licensed images are violations of this sculptural copyright.
