No freedom of pano in the Philippines. Refer to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Philippines#Freedom_of_panorama phil copy law doesnt allow non-fair use of photos of copyrighted architecture and sculpture in the phils. An architecture or sculpture is said to enter allowable commercial use of their photos if it has been 50 years after the death of the last surviving person architect engineer or designer or if 50 years after the completion if it is a work of joint companies in architecture. Bldg is from 1976
