[edit]Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) finally reverted to the original standpoint by Wikimedia Commons before 2018: that public artistic works cannot be freely used commercially if main subjects or themes of the photos (see Commons:Village pump/Copyright/Archive/2023/01#FOP Taiwan).
Authored by w:zh:楊英風 who died in 1997, the work inception as per Wikidata was 1979.
