[edit]The advertisements do not fulfil the requirement of permanent exhibition in a public place that is needed for COM:FOP Brazil, hence they become a copyvio. COM:De Minimis is also not applicable on the nominated files as the protected works depicted on them are not incidentally included.
These "pure" FOP issues are about File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 04.jpg, File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 13.jpg and File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 15.jpg. Furthermore, File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 16.jpg is also IMHO problematic on grounds of FOP, but I also claim that it lacks usefulness, being blurred.
COM:EDUSE is also the rationale behind requesting the deletion of File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 01.jpg and File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 05.jpg. Especially File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 01.jpg does compare badly against File:Lumiere Shopping Farol - 02.jpg. While a FOP reasoning could be made on it too, I thought that the people in the frame make for that the Frozen ad blends just sufficiently into the background, and so getting below a De Minimis threshold.
