No FoP in Finland, but Freedom of panorama (section 25a(3)) does cover taking photos of artworks in or in the immediate vicinity of a public place, given that the reproductions may not be used commercially (and thus not uploaded to Commons), when the work of art is the central element of the picture. I leave to the discussion/closing admin the decision if deleting everything or keeping some image where the sculpture is not central.
