Out of scope. Merely used for the uploader's defense at Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Heritage Park, Library, Museum, BMA Monument, Sports & Community Centers and Municipal Offices (Bustos Municipal Hall), and his defense was unaccepted because the true artistic ownership of the subject of the deleted files falls to their creators, NOT the municipality of Bustos (as the uploader claims) - per Commons:Derivative works and Commons:FOP, which states that PHL has NO FOP. Back to the photos, there's no use in all Wikimedia projects (thereby out of scope), and even outside wikiCommons.

Signage could be COM:EDUSE

 Delete: everything else per COM:Redundant. — BriefEdits (talk) 06:13, 25 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted, but two files are  kept per BriefEdits. I thought about keeping file 3, but decided to delete it, because you do not need any permission to take photos almost anywhere, publication is different. If kept, then some can think, that anybody must obtain permission from city government to take photos in public place. Taivo (talk) 13:01, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
