These are two photographs by Heinrich Hoffmann, who died in 1957. His works are considered to be in the PD in the US, but not in their country of origin, which is Germany. There they are still protected until the end of 2027. The photos should be deleted and can be restored in 2028.

This photo published on a 1936 German postcard might or might not be in the public domain in Germany (depending on if the photographer became "known" somehow), but is definitely still protected in the US because of the URAA. So the file should be deleted. It can be restored in 2032.
