[edit]The sculpture Birth of the New World by Zurab Tsereteli is protected by copyright and there is no freedom of panorama for sculptures in the US, including Puerto Rico, as copyright in Puerto Rico is governed by the US Copyright Act 1976. See also Commons:Deletion requests/File:Birth of the New World Statue.jpg. I'm not nominating File:Terravista ParkLand under construction.jpeg, as I think the statue, far in the distance, is de minimis in that picture.
