[edit]This Spanish artist died in 1943, so his works are still protected in Spain until the end of 2023 (Spain has 80 years pma for authors who died before 7 December 1987). So the files should be deleted. They can be restored when both their Spanish and US coyprights (restored by the URAA) will have expired. Unless the paintings are dated, that will have to be assumed to be in 2039 (1943 + 95 + 1).
