Hello Alan Liefting, Can you please explain the nature of this deletion request? What's wrong with these pictures? They were taken during a Wikipedians' tour - one of many we go on in Israel and so far, haven't received any complaints regarding group photos like File:Jaffa-Footsteps of Abu Nabut 4227.jpg or File:Jaffa-Footsteps of Abu Nabut 4228.jpg. Thanks in advance, Ldorfman (talk) 22:04, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I now found out that not all the pictures in this list were taken during the Wikipedians' tour I mentioned - only the ones with the "Footsteps of Abu Nabut" in the name... but what's wrong with File:Jaffa Blick von Jaffa nach Tel Aviv 05.JPG"??? Ldorfman (talk) 22:14, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I will add reasons on the individual images. Alan Liefting (talk) 23:44, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It is irrelevant whether the pictures were taken by Wikipedians. They still have to be within the scope of of Commons. Alan Liefting (talk) 23:44, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, don't touch File:Jaffa on sunset 07.jpg! Need or don't need - not you decides. Юкатан (talk) 08:06, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It is the community that decides whether to keep it. Alan Liefting (talk) 17:45, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Alan for helping us find a picture of Bat-El Papura - A known actress/radio presenter from Israel. This is the only free picture of her we have so far, and now, thanks to you, appears in the article about her. Regarding the "group photo of non-notable people" pictures, these are Wikimedians during a Wikimedia meet-up (m:Elef Millim project). How come its place isn't in the Commons??? I wonder what User:Deror avi has to say about it... Ldorfman (talk) 22:37, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Oppose. This pictures are part of Hebrew Wikipedia Projects to tour the land of Israel and add pictures of the sites for the commons good. It is the same as you say that pictures from Wikimania are not in the scope of commons. I tagged User:Geagea and User:Matanya They are both from Israel and familiar with the project. You can read about the projechere. The only pictures that I do not mind are the pictures that focus on the baby .Hanay (talk) 02:16, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Realy, this beautiful picture is not part of commons scope? Hanay (talk) 02:26, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There is nothing wrong with cropped image. It is part of the license. Can you give a link to the original image? Thanks. Hanay (talk) 19:24, 7 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe you refer to File:Jaffa Blick von Jaffa nach Tel Aviv 07.JPG. I am not sure that it is cropped. This is a beautiful beach, so I am not surprized that someone took many pictures of the beach . I see no problem. Hanay (talk) 04:27, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

 Delete this one: File:Israel Batch 1 (153).JPG.

Keep the remaining ones (those of wikipedians, please, categorize under a specific wiki-whatever category, otherwise they're just pictures of non-notable guys). --Discasto talk | contr. | es.wiki analysis 18:18, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Sloppy DR. A lot of them are in use, in scope. Natuur12 (talk) 21:55, 21 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
