The noticeboard is the central focus of the photograph. There is no obvious copyright release for the noticeboard content.

Photographs, where the noticeboard is incidental or too simple for copyright, have been skipped.

The noticeboards are information boards publicly placed on purpose by the local authorities, official tourism offices,... They are specifically produced to be read and displayed, so a photo of them does not infringe copyright in my opinion FrDr (talk) 20:32, 19 November 2019 (UTC)FrDr[reply]

The act explicitly does not include works like noticeboard maps or photographs. The act is worded to be extremely limited based on a literal reading not case law.
