My initial vote is to  Delete on a few considerations; first, that there was indeed a CC-BY icon at the bottom of the page possibly indicating a free license (example: ) but that is probably just a feature of the hosting site tistory.com; second, that there was also a "notice" at the bottom, perhaps a copyright license, indicating "COPYRIGHT 2013, TOTO1024 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED." Perhaps the notice however, 간단한 규칙(수정), is what Puramyun31 (talk · contribs) considers "modified", but we would not know on which page the CC-BY or the "modified" ALL RIGHTS RESERVED license came first. Therefore, I am afraid under the precautionary principle they must be deleted. However, I might change to keep if someone presents a compelling argument. my understanding of the notice is Toto released his images under CC-BY until June 8, 2013 first, but Changed his licensing to CC-BY-NC-ND since June 11, 2013 with the 'modified' notice (images are OK released until June 8 2013, Not OK released since June 11, 2013). Also, I suggest that we inform Toto the nature of the license and the CC-BY licensing of his images at the bottom of each posted page before June 8, 2013 to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding (I think that's a good idea when Toto find his work(s) in the internet, he could understand that the work(s) is/are legitimately used under CC-BY license without unnecessary dispute, not only used by us but also used by other websites), but once the idea was rejected by Hym411. --Puramyun31 (talk) 09:08, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
 Comment there are a bunch of other files this may affect, too... My Korean is non-existent, but for example File:Park_Hyo-Shin18.jpg comes from here, where the only license information I can find is a <div> called "tistoryCclLayer" that contains this background image. Deleted: It is quite clear to me that the copyrightowner didnnot wanted to release his file under a free license. keeping them sounds like a we got you know you're screwed and I highly doubt that this will held up in court. It is not even clear what he releases he only placed a cc-symbol not syaing that he releases something or anything like that. Could be done in error. So I am deleting this files as a countesy discission and under the com:PCP Natuur12 (talk) 14:23, 6 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
