There is no Freedom of Panorama for sculpture in the United States. It appears to have been first "published" in 1986. It is unknown whether it was published with a copyright notice, but the sculptor George Segal is known to have registered three 1991 sculptures (VAu000455081). If deleted, some of these can be copied to local Wikis that allow fair use; if kept, for consistency File:Monument at Christopher Park.jpg should be considered for undeletion.

Photograph of the sign at the Category:Gay Liberation Monument

[edit]

This sign is by the City of New York Parks & Recreation department. New York is not a state that considers its governmental works to be in the Public Domain.

Deleted: Kept #8 per discussion, examined all the other pictures and found the Segal sculptures to be the focus of the remaining images. --Ellin Beltz (talk) 18:03, 22 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
