Unfortunately, there is no commercial FOP in Turkmenistan. This building according to w:Ertuğrul Gazi Mosque was completed in 1998 and designed by architect Hilmi Şenalp. Ornate interior architecture, mosaics, and stained-glass artworks are also included here.

TinEye detected the mother file, File:مسجد أرطغل غازي .jpg, as coming from now-deleted file File:Ertugrul Gazi Mosque in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.jpg (deleted with proper deletion request) The uploader (I don't know if he/she is the photographer of the deleted file) apparently saved a thumbnail of it and reuploaded it here (via cross-wiki upload from Arabic Wikipedia). The croppped version File:Ertuğrul Gazi Mosque.jpg is a derivative of this. The uploader of "مسجد أرطغل غازي .jpg" must be warned not to violate architect's copyright by doing this.
