Per Commons:Requests for comment/Flickr and PD images - unfortunately these images all are on Flickr with a Public Domain mark but no language to indicate that they have actually been released into the public domain by their author. As the PD mark is not a license, these images are not freely licensed. Further, the UN's copyright page states all rights reserved

 Keep I'll fix the license. @Mifter: these are {{PD-Somalia}}, PD-mark is correct. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 07:40, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed. For clarification: Ilyas Ahmed is a Somali photographer/videographer and "currently Ilyas is working with the AU /UN Information Support Team as a consultant photographer." The same Flickr account also has photos from Ilyas that are "all rights reserved". When Ilyas sends UNSOM Somalia some photos he wasn't hired/consulted to make, the right option for UNSOM Somalia is the PD-mark. They couldn't select CC0 (or "All rights reserved") because they don't have the rights. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 09:02, 6 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Alexis Jazz: - thanks, I appreciate the clarification. I'll withdraw the nomination momentarily. Best, Mifter (talk) 02:11, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Nominator withdrawn (non-admin close). --Mifter (talk) 02:14, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
