Non-free photographs of 3D-objects, taken from external sources without free licenses. As per Commons:Currency#Important points, a picture of a 3D-object creates in most jurisdictions a new copyright on the picture. So even if the objects are in the public domain, the photographers' permissions are still required.

•  Keep I am not convinced that the photographers' contributions in these instances pass COM:ToO (non-artistic depiction from direction perpendicular to the objects's planes, basically could have been made with a 2D scanner, rather than a camera).   Also File:Нагрудный знак ВВ МВД СССР «За отличие в службе».JPG seems to actually be uploaded by the photographer, so I am not sure what permission do you expect in this case. --Base (talk) 04:17, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
