Connecticut highway shield PNGs (2)

These all have new SVG versions at, for example, File:Connecticut Highway 2.svg. Besides being superseded, there are some errors with the PNGs: some use the wrong font, and if you look closely at the border, there is a weird frosting on the edge. Also see Commons:Deletion requests/Connecticut highway shield PNGs where most of them were deleted.
