Same situation as with Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Comiciade 2016; in all these images the artists presented themselves with a piece of their work or even held it towards the photographer, which might be considered as an implicit permission. --Túrelio (talk) 20:03, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

es war eine angemeldete öffentliche Veranstaltung in einem öffentlichen Raum und -zig Presseleute und Fotografen waren im Laufe des Tages anwesend und haben fotografiert und berichtet. Alle Teilnehmer wussten davon und waren somit "stillschweigend" mit diesen Fotografien einverstanden - ebenso und sogar in voller Absicht auch damit, dass ihre auf den Fotos zu sehende und auf Tischen ausgebreiteten "Comic-Zeichnungen" dadurch Werke des öffentlichen Interesses und auch der öffentlichen Verbreitung geworden sind. In diesem aller Sinne alle Fotos auf jeden Fall behalten, ArthurMcGill (talk) 14:38, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Reviewer comment - Can someone go through and crop out the copyrighted artwork? Sorry, but just because an artist is holding their artwork up doesn't mean they're expecting their photograph to end up on Wikimedia Commons. We need COM:VRT. If no one volunteers to crop out the artwork or blur it out or whatever, these images will likely get deleted. Thanks. Missvain (talk) 23:39, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This takes some time. I personally do not find it right that here (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/Files_in_Category:Comiciade_2016) was decided so quickly. Normally, such discussions take much, much longer. Incomprehensible for me and not a nice move. I can assure that all(!) artists with full awareness have let themselves be photographed for Wikipedia.Qwertzu111111 (talk) 12:39, 1 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination - Being aware that the are being photographed for Wikipedia is very different from knowing that the work they are holding up can be reproduced and sold by anyone.
