I expect the licensing to be bogus. The starting page of the Flickr album where they were allegedly sourced of as judging by the filenames states that "The photos in this set are a combination of Comike 82 Day Two photos taken by various photographers, used in a post promoting them on runaroundnetwork.com. RUN AROUND:NETWORK does not own any rights nor claims to own any of these photos, and all rights and credit goes to the respective owners.", hence, we could not really trust in the licensing of the uploader per COM:PRP. I included some files where their respective filename is a hint for having been taken on 2012-08-11, which is the second day of this event, I think, cf. the EXIF of File:Comiket-82-day-2-cosplay-2-4.kuroneko.jpg.
