@Germain92 the only thing to do in the short-term is to contact the sculptor (the copyright holder) and ask him/her to allow these commercially-licensed images of his artwork to be published here on Commons, preferably through email (COM:VRTS). A long-term solution is to change the copyright law of Rwanda, removing the non-commercial and main subject restriction. Per COM:FOP Rwanda, the copyright law does not allow commercial sharing and distributions of images of copyrighted monuments and buildings of Rwanda as main subjects, but non-commercial licensing is not allowed.
