Most, but not all of the pictures in this category and subcategories violate copyright. After all, there is no Freedom of Panorama in Estonia, and the author only died in 1990. Some of the pictures, however, rather document the situation or people's actions around it. It is not a very good argument and definitely not universal - no one would place flowers at the feet of a non-existent monument, therefore the monument is still the most important part of most photos - but it can be used to argue about the violations extent, at least. Anyway, it might be useful to place a warning at the head of the category so people would think carefully before posting new pictures. --Pildirüüstaja (talk) 21:25, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
