One would have to look into the copyright situation for each individual file as these are taken from different places around the world–with different degrees of freedom of panorama. Arguably including these is not different from including images such as File:Magnavox-Odyssey-Console-Set.jpg

Well, I can't think of any country where there is a FOP provision for non permanent artworks. And you cannot compare those images with an image of an utility object. Per all other BW-related deletion requests -- unfortunately Von Hagens claims copyright on the objects. This applies to their reproductions (such as the car advertising) too.
