Violation of sculptor's copyright. There is no Freedom of Panorama in the Philippines. The sculpture honors w:en:Ninoy Aquino who died in 1983; it is unlikely that the sculptor is already dead for more than 50 years for this monument to be in public domain. Worse, if this is an anonymous or corporate work (assuming the city government of w:en:Baliwag is a corporate body), then without Philippine FoP (per {{Not-free-US-FOP}}), these images won't be restored until 95 years after the statue's publication or 120 years after the statue's creation, whichever is shorter, as per more restrictuve U.S. copyright durations instead of lenient Philippine duration.
