There is no COM:FOP Kazakhstan and images are copyvio to the architect who designed this monument, which was completed in 2002. Sources differ who designed it, some (like Wikidata that is linked to this category) claiming Norman Foster as its architect while others like this claim it was designed by Akmurza Rustembekov.

Dear Sir,

I am the author of File:Bayterek monument.jpg which has been nominated for deletion by your good self. This is my comment:

1) This file has been posted on 15 July 2014. We are now on 1st January 2021.

2) It is used by eleven national wiki pages.

3) I stopped contributing to Wikimedia/Wikipedia precisely because I cannot spend more time with such deletion requests.

4) Do whatever you want, I am naïve, but not to the point of believing that anything I can say will change the outcome. And yes, I tried.
