These files are focused on Batcolumn (as their titles speak), a work of art by Claes Oldenburg, who was noted to have sent a formal DMCA correspondence in 2012 to remove many images of his artwork in countries were FOP doesn't extend to 3D artwork like sculptures. True to that, American FOP is limited to architecture only. The three other files in the category that I didn't nominate may fulfill de minimis, but may become borderline because of the 2012 action made by Oldenburg's side against Wikimedia Foundation.

It seems the remainder are also violations of no-US FOP for non-architectural artistic works. Their titles and their principal category speaks of their intended motif - to present the image of sculpture by Claes Oldenburg who is alive. The fact that "Batcolumn (14602833243).jpg", though the sculpture is at the side, is used to illustrate an article of the sculpture itself and of the artist himself means it cannot be qualified for COM:DM. Batcolumn sculpture is the central motif of these remaining images. Perhaps moving one copy to enwiki under reduced quality and resolution (to comply with w:WP:Non-free content and fair use) is strongly suggested, unless there will be an FOP movement in America to finally include outdoor sculptures.
