A creative commons license for these banknotes is not proper, since they are derivative works. Dutch copyright law doesn't make an exception for currency. Some of these might be PD-old.

I know for sure these are pd-old, as the design of the notes is owned by the government and they have placed it in the public domain. Dqfn13 (talk) 16:09, 2 October 2014 (UTC)
