Yevrowl, внимательно ознакомьтесь с обоснованием в первой строке и по приведённой в ней ссылке. Даже если оригинальный трёхмерный объект находится в общественном достоянии, его фотографирование – это производная работа, автор которой должен дать своё разрешение на размещение под свободной лицензией. К чему приведён шаблон – неясно. Вот если у Вас есть подтверждение, что автор производной работы готов передать плоды своего труда в общественное достояние, так и приведите его. This was nothing more than a Russian translation of The second is that the photographer agrees to license it under a free licence. A picture of a 3D-object creates in most jurisdictions a new copyright on the picture, something that is not the case when photographing pure 2D-objects.
