There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Senegal. This building dates to 1979 as per the French Wikipedia article, authored by Architects w:fr:Pierre Goudiaby Atepa and Cheikh Ngom. Unfortunately, Atepa is still alive which means public domain status of this building cannot be ascertained. Public art in Senegal falls public domain 70 years after the death of the last-surviving author. These images treat the building as the main or integral subject. The most heavily-used image can be transferred to French Wikipedia under their local exemption policy on unfree works of living or recently-deceased architects.
