Keep where is the « Derivative work of artistic elements on the depicted vehicle(s), France has no FOP » ? those FOP in France is not vehicule. Delete most of them per nomination. The cars like in File:Tour de France 20130704 Aix-en-Provence 031.jpg or File:Tour de France 20130704 Aix-en-Provence 009.jpg are equipped with copyright protected elements, other car decorations may be copyright protected artwork themselves (e.g. File:TDF2012 15e étape LCL 1.JPG). --Krd 09:00, 7 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Keep French law wants to protect artistic work from economic and any other exploitation. Looking at the pictures named above, I can´t find any artistic element. But even if jurisprudence will see a definite artistic character: An artist who puts his work on wheels, running it intentionally some weeks and thousands of miles on all roads of a country, knowing that millions of spectators are waiting along the road, knowing that almost all of them are equipped with a digital camera, knowing that thousands of photos of his work will be shown in social medias: This artist is very aware of the risk of losing any possible rights to possibly derivative works. Conclusion: Let´s see it the old-fashioned British way: Keep cool ladies and gentlemen and let´s have a good cup of tea. No FOP problem.--Scotfreegirl (talk) 19:21, 9 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Delete I see no justification whatever that could allow keeping any of the images above. All contain either sculptural works, including many copyrighted characters, or photographs, or both. Several of the comments suggest that these are advertising, not "artistic" and therefore somehow all right. Please remember that the two are not mutually exclusive -- all advertising is copyrighted. In particular note that the argument presented by Scotfreegirl is directly addressed by the Commons Precautionary Principle, our most basic rule.. Jim . . . .
