This doll is a work of art by Oskar Kokoschka, who died in 1980, so it is still protected by copyright until 2050, 70 years after Kokoschka's death, in Austria (and other European countries where he lived). Additionally, there might be copyright protection for the photos of the doll, if the (currently unidentified, but not necessarily anonymous) photographer also died less than 70 years ago.

The doll is not a work of art of Oskar Kokoschka since it was created by Hermine Moos, who died in 1928, so it is not still protected by copyright anymore. Since the photographer remains anonymous, the photos are not copyrighted for the moment.Enciclopedia1993 (talk) 07:23, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the information, my mistake. I thought the doll was made by Kokoschka. If the photographer is positively anonymous, this request can be considered withdrawn. Gestumblindi (talk) 22:34, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
PS: The file description should be amended to name Hermine Moos as the creator of the work depicted, though. Gestumblindi (talk) 22:36, 11 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: per discussion. --Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 17:15, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
