Uploader had requested deletion (Commons:Deletion requests/File:Vermont in United States (modern).svg) but messed up. Files were uploaded in 2017.

  •  Delete Since requested by the Uploader should have been speedily deleted. Worth noting that they did not upload all of the maps from this series and I wonder if they would like to delete them as well. They should be asked. --Forthrunner (talk) 04:59, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Forthrunner: no, speedy courtesy deletion is only for unused content that was uploaded <7 days ago. See also Commons:Courtesy deletions. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 13:39, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I see. Either way, unused files that have better versions already in use on Wikipedia. Should still be deleted. Plus, uploader’s request. --Forthrunner (talk) 14:59, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Forthrunner: I think they shouldn't be deleted. External websites may be using them. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 15:09, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There are other, better quality, options for them to choose from. Plus, even if that’s the case then most likely the image is already there so it won’t matter if it stays on here on Commons. --Forthrunner (talk) 04:00, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Delete. Please delete, at the time the maps were created there was a discussion about changing the model of the maps, however, the maps that I created did not have an acceptable quality in the pages, because in smaller resolutions it is difficult to see the borders. There is no reason to continue to exist. Allice Hunter (talk) 00:46, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Allice Hunter: possibly, but there is no reason to delete them either, they are not hurting anyone. I've added {{Superseded|State in United States.svg}} to them, is that better? - Alexis Jazz ping plz 01:45, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If you want, this may be! But these images will only be good quality if they are added as large size. Allice Hunter (talk) 00:11, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Allice Hunter: oh dear, I hadn't noticed they used raster graphics.. That's bad, yeah. But I see you still do this! File:Queens County, PEI.svg is no real SVG either! - Alexis Jazz ping plz 23:06, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There may have been a problem saving the file, but I have not changed the file extension when editing it. I do not think this problem is so serious if the images are placed in the optimal resolution and it would be very laborious to have to upload all of them again. Deleted: Not a real SVG, just a fake (wrapper); orphaned; uploader request. --Leyo 20:53, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
