No freedom of panorama in Greece, so these photos of modern control towers can't be hosted on Commons.

The page Commons:FOP#Greece states that "it is unclear" what the Greek law means. In that case I would wait until the law is clarified, or until a precedent has been set before removing these files. Thank You–Jérôme (talk) 07:12, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
On Commons we utilise a precautionary principle as policy; for us to wait for a precedent could involve the WMF being sued as that precedent, and we certainly don't want that to occur. russavia (talk) 07:45, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Should we delete all images until a specific court ruling allows us to use them? Sounds like copyright paranoia to me. See also Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Corfu International Airport and Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:Acropolis New Museum Building. This discussion should be centralized somewhere. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 19:53, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion on these files needs to continue here, as they are independent of any other discussion. russavia (talk) 03:21, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
No, they are related and should be discussed in one place. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 03:39, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
