ru:Казахский государственный академический театр оперы и балета имени Абая seems to suggest that the building is from 1941 and made by architects Н. А. Простаков and Т. Басенов. Kazakh copyright law doesn't allow you to use photos of the building for commercial purposes unless both architects have been dead for at least 50 years. I can't find any date of death for the architects, but it is entirely possible that they were still alive 20 years after the completion of the building. Some of the images also show a plastic dromedary in front of the building. In most cases, the dromedary appears to be de minimis, but on one of the images, it seems to be too prominent to be ignored. The dromedary might not enter the public domain on the same date as the building as I can't tell who the dromedary designer is.
