For the ABS-CBN logo

Perhaps not PD after all (as claimed by "ineligible originality or COM:TOO. A reading of the section "COPYRIGHT NOTICE" of ABS-CBN's terms and conditions (https://www.abs-cbn.com/terms) states that any of its trademarks are exclusively licensed by ABS-CBN".

To quote:

All contents of the Website are: [indicate Website copyright/trademark notice]. All Rights Reserved.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and its database, including copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, patents and trade secrets are either exclusive property of ABS-CBN or exclusively licensed to ABS-CBN.

Copying, distributing, publicly displaying, offering to the public via communication, transferring to the public, modifying, adapting, processing, creating derivative works, selling or leasing, any part of the Website, in any manner or means without the prior written consent of ABS-CBN, is strictly forbidden. The Website, its design and logo, and other trade and/or service marks are property of ABS-CBN and may not be used in any of the aforementioned means.

For three other files (mapping of ABS-CBN's regional reach), they incorporate the logo, which is against the aforementioned copyright terms of ABS-CBN.

I suggest move the highly-used files to both English and Tagalog Wikipedias only, using fair use rationales available at those wiki sites.

I'm uncertain about both File:Abscbn60s.svg and File:Abscbn80s.svg, but since they were former logos, I assume copyright restriction don't apply to them anymore.
