@Leoboudv, Discasto, and Cookie: File:Karol Sevilla presentación Coco.jpg (¡Karol Sevilla en la Premiere de COCO y Mucho Más! | Disney Planet News #1) was laundered from ¡Karol Sevilla en el Estreno de Coco y Mucho Más! | Disney Planet News #1 by DisneyChannelLA.

For File:Gurpo Bronco.jpg (BRONCO presenta "El Corrido de Miguel Rivera" | COCO, de Disney•Pixar) there is a similar video at Interpretan canción para “Coco”. I'm guessing the band recorded various promos for YouTubers. (striking through: It's the same video with different audio. Nevertheless, there is no indication the YT channel is anything other than a fan channel) Magic News Latino might create their own content sometimes, but if they do I see no way to tell which content.

The source of File:Karol Sevilla presentación Coco.jpg is Magic News Latino published on 6 nov. 2017. The supposed laundered site is DisneyChannelLA, the video was published on 5 nov. 2017 without CC license, true, but since both channels belong to the same group I don't think this is a real case of license laundering.
The case of File:Gurpo Bronco.jpg has nothing to do. This video may have been copied from the original channel, also from Magic News Latino and both published on 9 oct. 2017. Can you prove the license laundering?
Can you also prove license laundering on the rest of the files? Anna (Cookie) (talk) 04:38, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Cookie: I've now noticed that while the audio is different, the video for Bronco is the same. But still, I can't find a link from http://disneylatino.com/ to https://www.youtube.com/user/DisneyNewsLatino/ . Where do you see this link? Here are the connections I see:

How do you connect DisneyNewsLatino/DisneyNewsLA to DisneyChannelLA/disneylatino.com? - Alexis Jazz ping plz 06:20, 12 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The link is in the page of the video: Sitio oficial de Disney Channel: http://www.disneylatino.com/disneycha... Anna (Cookie) (talk) 01:10, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Cookie: that is a link from https://www.youtube.com/user/DisneyChannelLA/ to http://www.disneylatino.com/. This says nothing about DisneyNewsLatino/DisneyNewsLA. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 19:46, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

 Keep Per Cookie's. Although they may be lying, I don't think Disney allows a YouTube channel telling us (bold is mine): La magia de Disney en Latinoamérica. Encuentra las últimas novedades de Disney Channel, Disney Studios, Pixar, Disney Parks, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm; de fans para fanáticos Disney. Somos Disney News Latino.

I mean, if they claim to be part of the Disney group and Disney does not send a cease and desist order to them, it's pretty clear they're a legitimate Disney channel. Having proved that, and having proved that a legitimate CC license is used, what's the point? When it comes to Interpretan canción para “Coco”, it is obviously a copy from the Disney channel, as the quality is lower. --Discasto talk 10:43, 13 August 2018 (UTC) PS: @Leoboudv, Strakhov, Alexis Jazz, and Cookie: [reply]

 Comment (bold is mine):

La magia de Disney en Latinoamérica. Encuentra las últimas novedades de Disney Channel, Disney Studios, Pixar, Disney Parks, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm; de fans para fanáticos Disney. Somos Disney News Latino.

meaning from fans to Disney fanatics. They claim they are Disney fans so PRP (IMHO) should be applied... strakhov (talk) 10:51, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment Good catch, strakhov. "by fans, for fans. We are Disney News Latino." They are Disney News, not Disney. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 19:46, 13 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Strakhov: I must agree. --Discasto talk 16:26, 14 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: This does not appear to be an official channel. 1) The comment "of fans for Disney fans" is damning; 2) Disney News Latino has no social media verification checks (for example, Twitter and Facebook). Legitimate Disney does have verification checks for each of its "sub-groups" (Facebook - [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], etc.; Twitter: [6], [7], [8], [9], etc.), including regional/linguistic sub-groups (e.g., Disney Channel Latinoamérica - Facebook and Twitter); and 3) relatedly, I can find no official Disney site linking to this YouTube channel (Cookie's linking comment, for example, is asinine and backwards; that this channel links to Disney is not helpful. Anyone can link to Disney (see?); Disney itself linking to someone, a YouTube Channel, is an entirely different animal--and one we don't have.) Deleted per COM:PRP. --Эlcobbola talk 20:58, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
