According to [1], these 16 aluminum sculptures were made by Hallsteinn Sigurðsson and placed in Gufunes from 1989 to 2012. There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Iceland, and permission from him (as he is still alive) is a must. Otherwise these Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike (or freely)-licensed images infringe his copyright. While de minimis may be applicable for some, all pieces are his works unfortunately, making DM applicability slim.
