Files found with Special:Search/"Otto Thämer"

German artist de:Otto Thämer died in 1975, so these works by him (in German buildings) are not in the public domain in Germany yet. There is no freedom of panorama inside buildings in Germany, and these works as shown in the photos also fail the very restrictive unwesentliches Beiwerk (de minimis) standards established by the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) in 2014. So the files should be deleted. They can be restored in 2046, except for the Märchenmotive file (showing a 1952 work), which can be restored in 2048 (URAA).

Ich widerspreche der Löschung von File:Märchenmotive (Thämer).jpg, denn wenn das Gebäude vor 2048 abgerissen wird, womit zu rechnen ist, wäre das Kunstwerk unweigerlich für immer verloren, ohne dass wir davon Zeugnis haben – die Dokumentation kultureller Werke ist aber zentrale Aufgabe der Wikimedia, daher nicht löschen.
