Files found with Special:Search/"Mike Licht" -otrs

Unreviewed Flickr mass uploads by User:SecretName101. Flickr source is full of license laundering. Very likely the Flickr user is not the copyright holder of these images missing camera meta data, and has no permission to license them.

The Flickr user does provide source in some, example movie copyrighted screenshot File:Back to the Future 2 display, October 21, 2015 (22336110036).jpg.

Keep - File:Gitmo Guys Get the Gals!.jpg is derived from a public domain NARA image, uploaded to File:"He Volunteered for Submarines Service" - NARA - 513662.jpg - the only real change seems to have been to replace "submarine service" with "Guantanamo waterboarding". Keep - I uploaded File:Cargo Bike on Capitol Hill, DC (8275017509).jpg. I too take images of unusual bikes, when I have an opportunity. This image is not that different from the images of unusual bikes, an amateur, just walking by, might take of an unusual bike. I see nothing to suggest File:Danelectro logo plate - Nifty Seventy (N70) bass combo amp.jpg is an instance of flickrwashing. It seems to be a photo of a stylized brand name. Could this image be challenged, on other grounds? Could someone suggest it is a sculpture? I dunno. It seems to me it certainly doesn't belong in this mass nomination.

The only one I know about is File:Jobless men keep going.jpg. The original unmodified photograph (where the sign subtitle reads "We can't take care of our own", as seen in the David Bowie and Queen "Under Pressure" music video and elsewhere), could be out of copyright, but the modified photo seems dubious. Okay, I think this is yet another too broad mass deletion attempt. About half the images I have looked at have been derived from a public domain image, with a minor change, which, IMO, is not significant enough to merit new intellectual property rights. Replacing the slogan on an iconic public domain propaganda poster? Insufficient to merit new intellectual property rights.
I suggest this deletion attempt should be closed, as badly formed, and, if the nominator is still concerned, they initiate more focussed discussions, on single images, or images that have more in common, and skips all instances where the base image is public domain and the changes to it are insignificant. Deleted: any image that has a clear cutout of another image in it as those as clear derivative works without attribution as well as a few others that I couldn't really be sure of per PCP.
